APO MicroPrime EF & PL-Mount

The APO MicroPrime from SLR Magic offers apochromatic capture in a lighter-weight, cine-style form. With a 43.27 mm image circle projection, this lens is suitable for use with 8K cameras with high-resolution full-frame sensors. Its apochromatic elements are designed to correct color aberrations often seen in high-contrast images or shots captured with wide-open apertures.

Suitable for use with 8K cameras with high-resolution full-frame sensors. Cine-style focus and iris gears and an internal focus design enable you to pull focus without the length of the lens changing, suiting this lens for use with rod-mounted accessories and matte boxes. The APO MicroPrime CINE lenses feature 150° of focus rotation, a common 85mm front diameter that eliminates the need for multiple matte box adapter rings, and an internal 82mm filter thread.

1,33x - 65 Anamorphic Adapter with Gear

Modern professional cinema cameras have large sensors capable of capturing an image in the 2.35:1 and 2.66:1 format directly, using spherical lenses, but filmmakers still desire the anamorphic “look” which often limits them to using rare vintage lenses. These lenses present a number of difficulties in practice such as size, weight, availability, lack of close focus, and high price. We sought to overcome such issues with the SLR Magic Anamorphic.

Featuring 1.33x anamorphic compression, this adapter can be used with lenses with front element sizes up to 65mm, greatly increasing the number of lenses you can mount with this anamorphic adapter compared to earlier SLR Magic adapters. Other improvements to this anamorphic adapter include the internal focus design, which simplifies the use of the rod-mounted matte box, as the length of the anamorphic screen does not change when focusing.

The adapter features a rear 82mm thread, and it mounts seamlessly on the SLR Magic MicroPrimes. Working in collaboration with Fujifilm, SLR Magic has optimized the adapter to work with the Fujinon MK series of zooms, and when used with the Fujinon MK 50-135mm zoom.

The Anamorphic 1.33-65 will fit any matte box with a 114mm rear opening, and because the front doesn't rotate while focusing, it can also be used with clip-on matte boxes. The front of the adapter is threaded to accept 112mm filters and diopters, and it has a nominal close-focus distance of 4'.
